DAY 1 ARUSHA
Meet at your arrival point and transfer to your lodge for pre-safari
briefing.
KIGONGONI LODGE (Dinner)
DAY 2 ARUSHA-LAKE MANYARA
Our safari begins by passing through the town centre of Arusha and
witnessing the sights and sounds of a colourful and bustling African city.
We depart the city from the south west in the direction of the Great Rift
Valley and Lake Manyara at the base of an escarpment. Lunch at E Unoto
Maasai Lodge en-route prepares for our tribal introduction followed by an
afternoon game drive within the park and overnight at our luxury camp.
KIRURUMU LUXURY TENTED CAMP (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
DAY 3 LAKE MANYARA-LAKE EYASI
We enter the true tribal areas of Tanzania by leaving the tourist trail
after breakfast and heading towards Lake Eyasi. Upon arrival we are able to
interact with the Hadzabe/Datoga tribes and exchange cultural norms and
customs.
KISIMA NGEDA TENTED CAMP (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
DAY 4 LAKE EYASI-NGORONGORO A very early morning of traditional hunting ensures we are learning
ancient customs firsthand. After lunch we leave to our next stop atop
Ngorongoro Crater.
NGORONGORO SOPA LODGE (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
DAY 5 NGORONGORO
Descend into the Crater after breakfast for a fascinating array of resident
mammals. With several different habitats, Ngorongoro Crater can offer
extensive viewing within this 22 square kilometre fishbowl. We enjoy a
picnic lunch in the Crater before returning to the lodge for refreshment and
overnight.
NGORONGORO SOPA LODGE (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
DAY 6 NGORONGORO-SERENGETI
The transfer to the Serengeti is via a sea of red clothed warriors as we
enter the traditional bomas of the Maasai to view daily life and leisure.
After an exciting insight into this ancient culture, we lunch en-route and
arrive at our camp mid-afternoon.
SAYARI CAMP (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
DAY 7 SERENGETI
Our exclusive camp is prime viewing for the Wildebeest Migration as it is
located in the unspoilt areas of the Northern Serengeti. We spend the day in
search of spectacular wildlife by combing the surrounding areas, while only
to returning to the camp for lunch and resting before evening.
SAYARI CAMP (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
DAY 8 SERENGETI
We move onto another intimate and luxurious camp today situated in the Big
Cat area of Ndutu and Moru in the Southern Serengeti. We are able to explore
game-filled plains and try to spot the Big Cats lazing among the kopjes.
OLAKIRA CAMP (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
DAY 9 SERENGETI
An extension on areas already discovered allows today to be in pursuit of
even more prime wildlife. It is a convenient access point for an optional
Serengeti Balloon Safari or simply enjoy a private dinner under the stars of
the Serengeti.
OLAKIRA CAMP (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
DAY 10 SERENGETI-TARANGIRE
An exciting return transfer through the rugged terrain of the Great Rift
Valley outskirts and the archeological site of Oldupai Gorge ensues
breakfast today. And we arrive to our camp for a delicious lunch and game
driving. The remoteness of this camp ensures intimacy and a classical bush
experience.
OLIVER’S CAMP (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
DAY 11 TARANGIRE-ARUSHA
The optional and unique offer of a walking safari this morning caps off our
Tribal Tales as we learn animal behaviors and natural habitats from local
experienced guides. We transfer to Arusha after lunch for Craft Market
Exploration and safari de-briefing.

DAY 12 ARUSHA-BEYOND
Timely transfer to Arusha departure point for travel beyond.
